Lance's 2024 Week 12 Predictions
Every week I’ll be putting out my game predictions. As usual, I’ll start with my picks:
Head-to-Head record: 105-61
ATS Update: My new system for ATS picks started strong during the testing phase, but tapered off each week. That means I will not be starting my ATS picks anytime soon, if at all this season.
Note on my Numbers: This note is a continued run looking at the record for the teams that take all five categories in their matchup. If that doesn't sound familiar to you go check my week 9 or 10 articles. This went 5-2 by itself last week, making this 31-13 since week 7.
UPDATE: I'm sorry this is getting out late this week, I had a busy work week. Unfortunately, tomorrow isn't going to be any less busy and neither is next week. So, below is strictly who I'm taking and if it's because of my numbers, if they had all 5 categories, or if I'm going against my numbers. No lengthy explanation, and next week will probably be the same, sorry.
Pittsburgh over Cleveland
Didn't get this out in time, but my numbers favored Pitt, so I would've been wrong anyway.
Kansas City over Carolina
Numbers actually favor Carolina, but I'm gonna go ahead and go against that.
Minnesota over Chicago
Numbers favor Minnesota.
Houston over Tennessee
Houston has all 5 categories.
Detroit over Indianapolis
Numbers favor Detroit.
Miami over New England
Miami has all 5 categories.
Tampa Bay over NY Giants
Numbers actually favor the Giants, but I can't pull that trigger.
Washington over Dallas
Washington has all 5 categories.
Denver over Las Vegas
Numbers favor Denver.
Green Bay over San Francisco
Green Bay has all 5 categories.
Arizona over Seattle
Numbers favor Arizona.
Philadelphia over LA Rams
Numbers favor Philadelphia.
Baltimore over LA Chargers
Baltimore has all 5 categories.
Fantasy Starts and Sits
Under Construction: This segment wasn't going well and a big part of that is it takes quite a bit of research time that I can't currently dedicate to it. I'm working on creating a program that can do the digging for me. This likely won't be back until next season.
