Under-the-Radar Transfer Portal Additions

I never got out my final weekly rankings for this past college football season, and at this point I feel it's too late. Originally I decided I would wait until after the Army-Navy game, but then I realized the first bowl game was played on the same day. So, I decided to wait until the entire bowl/playoff season ended, but by then I was tied up with other things. I just finished getting the rankings done a couple days ago. Too late right? Oh well, live and learn. I decided to use those final rankings to take a look at the transfer portal and see if anyone is getting some potential hidden gems. My criteria for this article was this:

1. A player couldn't be within the top 30 of their position for 247's Transfer Portal Rankings.
2. A player leaving a Power 4 conference school had to be within the top 30% of their positional rankings on my board, top 20% for a player leaving a Group of 6 school, and top 15% for a player leaving an FCS school.

I also wanted to keep it to 3 players per position, but decided to include an honorable mention for most of the positions. Without further ado, here is my list:

Quarterback

Note: Taron Dickens would be number 1 on this list. He was #1 overall on my rankings, and is #86 in the transfer portal QB rankings, but as of right now he has not committed to a team.

Running Back

Honorable Mention: Marquis Gillis (#14) and James Jones (#15) both left Delaware State for Arizona State and New Mexico State respectively, I guess they wanted to be somewhere warmer. Cam Edwards (#18) went from UCONN to Michigan State, Landen Chambers (#21) from Central Arkansas to UCF, Markell Holman (#30) from Western Illinois to Wyoming, Jekail Middlebrook (#35) from Middle Tennessee State to Virginia, and Braylon McReynolds (#51) from UL Monroe to UAB.

Wide Receiver
